We are not a pool contractor

Port St. Lucie Pool Pros is a marketing website operated by BuiltCold LLC. We connect Treasure Coast homeowners with licensed Florida pool contractors. We do not perform, supervise or subcontract pool work of any kind, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to do so.

About the contractors we connect you with

Any contractor you’re introduced to through this site is an independent business. They are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, quotes, scheduling, workmanship, warranties and conduct. We don’t supervise their work, we don’t guarantee it, and any agreement you enter into is between you and that contractor.

Submitting our quote form doesn’t create a contract with us or with any contractor. You’re free to get other quotes, and we’d encourage it.

Verifying a Florida contractor’s license

Florida requires contractors to display a license number in their advertising, and you can check any license yourself through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s public licensee search at myfloridalicense.com. Before hiring anyone, look for an active pool and spa contractor license with no open discipline, and confirm that the name on the license matches the company quoting you.

We encourage every homeowner to do this, whether the contractor came from this site or anywhere else.

About the information on this site

Our pages and guides are general information about pool resurfacing, replastering and repair. They are not professional, legal or engineering advice, and they aren’t a substitute for an inspection of your particular pool.

Permit requirements, costs, water conditions and local rules vary between cities and counties on the Treasure Coast, and they change over time. Confirm anything that affects your project with your contractor and your local building department. We make an effort to keep this site accurate, and we don’t publish local figures we haven’t verified, but we can’t promise everything here is complete or current.
