About Port St. Lucie Pool Pros

What this site is

Port St. Lucie Pool Pros is a marketing website. We write about pool resurfacing, replastering and repair on Florida’s Treasure Coast, and we connect homeowners who need that work with a licensed local pool contractor. We don’t resurface pools ourselves, and we never will. That’s the whole business, and we’d rather say it plainly on this page than let you find out three clicks in.

How matching works

Homeowners find this site by searching for pool resurfacing in their town. If what they read here is useful, some of them fill in our quote request form with their town, what their pool needs and how to reach them. We pass those details to a licensed Florida pool contractor who works in that area, and the contractor gets in touch directly to look at the pool and quote the job.

It costs the homeowner nothing, there’s no obligation to hire anyone, and we aren’t part of the conversation after the introduction. The contractor quotes the work, does the work and stands behind it. Our privacy policy explains exactly what happens to the details you send us.

Why we don’t do the work ourselves

Resurfacing a pool is skilled trade work that requires a Florida contractor’s license, and we’re not contractors. What we’re good at is the other half of the problem: explaining the work clearly enough that a homeowner knows what to ask, and being easy to find when they go looking.

That’s also why everything on this site is written carefully. Where we don’t have verified local information, such as exact costs or whether a particular job needs a permit, we say so instead of filling the gap with national averages. You’ll see that on our pages about pool resurfacing and pool repair.

Who runs it

This site is operated by BuiltCold LLC, a marketing company. If you’re a licensed Treasure Coast pool contractor and you’d like to talk about receiving the leads this site generates, email hello@builtcold.io.

If you’re a homeowner, the fastest way to reach a contractor is the quote form.
